John Krasinski's monologue on Saturday Night Live was continually interrupted by people in the audience who kept referring to him as Jim, his character from The Office, asking him to "Do The Office." They told him to stop working out for the role on Amazon's Jack Ryan because "Jim is soft. Jim sits all day. When you touch Jim, your hand goes in like memory foam." Then they urged him to "kiss Pam."
In the above clip, Krasinski is faux flustered by it all, until Pete Davidson comes out to explain that "everyone has been stuck inside for a year watching The Office nonstop, so Jim and Pam are like really real for them."
So Krasinski eventually relents and gives the audience what they want... by kissing Pete Davidson.
