Young Sheldon: 100th episode. Sheldon (Iain Armitage) gets an odd request from his old friend Paige (McKenna Grace), and lets her hide in his dorm. Meanwhile, George Sr. (Lance Barber) and Mary (Zoe Perry) get caught in the middle of Meemaw (Annie Potts) and Dale’s (Craig T. Nelson) breakup, and Georgie (Montana Jordan) comes clean to Mandy (Emily Osment). 8:00 PM ET on CBS
Julia: Series premiere. Sarah Lancashire (Happy Valley) ties on Julia Child’s apron in this comedy about the iconic chef’s marriage to Paul Child (David Hyde Pierce) and the start of her public television series, The French Chef. How We Roll: Series premiere. Pete Holmes stars in this new comedy inspired by the life of Tom Smallwood, a laid-off factory worker who decides to follow his dream of becoming a professional bowler. Along the way, he's supported by his wife, Jen (Katie Lowes); the owner of his local bowling alley, Archie (Chi McBride); his mother, Helen (Julie White; and his son, Sam (Mason Wells).
