60 Minutes producer sues CBS for gender discrimination and retaliation

London-based associate producer Cassandra Vinograd has filed suit against CBS for "unlawful discriminatory conduct" and "unlawful retaliatory conduct" after she says she attempted to report her boss for misconduct. Vinograd accuses longtime CBS News producer Michael Gavshon of sending her an inappropriate photograph, of him and his friends urinating on what appears to be smoldering coal, and for drinking excessively. After she asked for an investigation and to be protected from "retaliation," Vinograd alleges she was "ostracized, isolated and penalized" with Gavshon removing her from all stories in production.
