Pulitzer Prize-wining Washington Post report Carol Leonnig’s Zero Fail: The Rise and Fall of the Secret Service, which was released in May, made headlines for portraying a Secret Service that has been struggling with its primary job of protecting the president. The book tracks the breaches ranging from the Keystone Cops era and ends with the politization of the agency under Trump and roles in the Jan. 6 insurrection. The TV adaptation will be led by producer Thomas Tull.
