A third woman accuses Jeremy Piven of sexual assault

Advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby alleges that the Wisdom of the Crowd star assaulted her in a hotel in 2003. Asked to respond, Piven released a statement to People magazine saying: “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”
