ABC is sticking with Scandal’s Scott Foley with an FBI-CIA action comedy project

Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence is behind Whiskey Cavalier, an hourlong action-comedy pilot in which Foley plays an FBI agent assigned to work with a female CIA operative as they juggle saving the world with “navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and office politics.” Foley will also serve as a producer.
