Good Morning America is expected to announce Monday that Clare will be the next Bachelorette, according to Reality Blurred. Clare, who turns 39 on March 20, would be an unusual choice since she's in her late 30s and isn't currently on this season of The Bachelor. In fact, she's an alum of Juan Pablo Galavais' The Bachelor season in 2014. She also appeared on The Bachelor Winter Games in 2018 and Bachelor in Paradise. Rachel Lindsay is currently the oldest previous Bachelorette, starring on the ABC reality show at age 32. Last year's Bachelorette, Hannah Brown, was 24. UPDATE: It's official: Clare Crawley is the new Bachelorette. "A lot of people put it out there as this negative thing, but for me, it just is more years under my belt, more learning and knowing what I want, what I don't want and what I won't settle for," she said on her age.
