ABC reveals a new Bachelorette promo featuring Clare Crawley, but not Tayshia Adams

“#TheBachelorette. Coming soon to Tuesdays on ABC,” the network captioned a teaser via Instagram on Monday night. The clip showing Clare wearing a white, one-shoulder gown was dropped amid reports that she quite her role as The Bachelorette and was replaced by Tayshia. Meanwhile, Colton Underwood reacted to his Bachelor ex Tayshia reportedly being named Bachelorette, tweeting: "Congrats @TayshiaAdams—good luck and I hope you find yourself a better kisser." Rachel Lindsay, the first Black Bachelorette, said she was "thrilled" over Tayshia's reported casting. "When I stepped in as Bachelorette, I wanted to pave a way for more diversity, for more people who look like me and who didn’t look like the typical lead," she told ET via a statement on Monday. "So to see another Bachelorette of color, I’m thrilled."
