A jewelry store owner and two actors allege that the CBS drama shot the realistic "guerrilla-style" armed robbery in broad daylight in a busy shopping mall without proper permits and without giving cops and neighbors a head's up, reports TMZ. This resulted in real cops responding to what they thought was a real robbery. The three men are suing CBS, claiming they're still feeling psychological damage from the shoot.
