Actress sues Bayer for replacing her in an ad with a bobblehead that looks like her

Phoebe Jonas, known as "The Phillips Lady," says in her lawsuit that former employer Bayer didn't renew her contract in March and started showing ads with a Bobblehead that "looks identical" to her. She is seeking $500,000 in damages.
