David and Sanders happened to be booked this morning for separate interviews. Roker jokingly called the presidential candidate David, before saying "No, wait..." Roker also reminded David that if Sanders were to win the presidency, he would have to fly from Los Angeles to portray him on SNL. “Yes, that’s true,” David said in character as the senator from Vermont. “It’s not going to be easy for me. It’ll be great for the country, terrible for me.” “I’m giving you a good job for four years and you’re complaining!” added Sanders. “He’s doing too well!” David said as Sanders laughed. “It’s frightening to me how well he’s doing. I have to rethink everything after this.”
