Filming for the season wrapped in September. But as of today, FX plans to proceed with airing next week’s episode, which opens with a mass shooting, arriving a week after the Las Vegas mass shooting tragedy. According to EW, “the initial moments of (next week’s) episode find a crowd of people under siege from a shooter while at a political rally. FX and 20th Century Fox declined to comment about the episode and whether it would be delayed.”
