An angry "wacky guy" forces MSNBC to cut short a live Hurricane Ida report

NBC News correspondent Shaquille Brewster was reporting live from a beach in Gulfport, Mississippi when a man in a pickup truck pulled over in the background, got out and started yelling at the reporter and camera crew. After cutting short the interview, Melvin later told viewers that Brewster was fine.
