Vanity Fair's newly published investigative story on the College Cheating Scandal, titled To Cheat and Lie in L.A., is being developed as a limited TV series. Vanity Fair contributing editor Evgenia Peretz's investigation "broadens from the celebrity focus in the bribery and cheating scandal and focuses on a quixotic group of privileged LA families — the non celebrities — caught in the now infamous criminal web," according to Deadline. The To Cheat and Lie in L.A. announcement comes one week after Lifetime revealed plans for its College Admissions Scandal TV movie.
