Apple's new streaming service is scheduled to debut on Friday, Nov. 1, 11 days before Disney launches Disney+, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced at this morning's Apple event. The $4.99 monthly cost is the price for the entire family. Apple CEO Tim Cook also announced that any purchase of a new apple device (iPad, iPhone, Mac or Apple TV) will come with free Apple TV+ for a year. People will have three months after activating their devices to claim the offer. Apple TV+ is launching with a few original series, including The Morning Show, Hailee Steinfeld's Dickinson, Jason Momoa's See and Ronald D. Moore's For All Mankind. Apple will roll out a new series every month.
