Now, she works as a full-time Instagram influencer, with brands from McDonald’s to Dermalogica helping to support her. “I felt like L.A. was where I needed to be, so I took this leap of faith, hoping Instagram could support me,” says Tilley, who previously worked as an assistant in a San Diego chiropractor’s office.
