Big Brother will shake things up by dividing contestants into teams

Executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan hope the team element enhances Big Brother after years of being plagued by safe gameplay, groupthink and large alliances. Big Brother also won't have returning houseguests, "at least not playing the game," says Meehan. "Maybe there'll be a surprise or two along the way, but all new houseguests will be playing the game."
