The Crikey! It's the Irwins star and daughter of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin and Terri Irwin gave birth to daughter Grace Warrior Irwin Powell on Thursday. Irwin and husband Chandler Powell welcomed Grace on the same day as their first wedding anniversary.
