Bob Dorian, who introduced classic films on AMC when it was known as a American Movie Classics, dies at 85

Dorian served as AMC's primetime host starting in the mid-1980s, when AMC launched showing films 24 hours a day without commercial interruption. (Nick Clooney, George's dad, was daytime host.) Dorian, a magician and actor, also recurred on AMC's first original series, Remember WENN, which premiered in 1996.
