Breaking Bad alum Dean Norris was investigated for sexual assault last year, but the D.A. declined to file charges

New Orleans police investigated Norris after a 32-year-old Ohio woman says he forced a sexual encounter against her will. But prosecutors determined there wasn't enough evidence to warrant a prosecution. "Based on the information brought to the D.A.'s office by the NOPD, we would not have enough to go forward," said a D.A. spokesperson. "Should additional evidence be made available, we certainly would reevaluate the case."
