Sky News will employ a "Who's Who Live" app that utilizes facial-recognition software to give viewers background information on guests arriving for the May 19 Prince Harry-Meghan Markle wedding ceremony. It just so happens that the wedding takes place six days before a new regulation that protects the privacy of all European Union residents takes effect.
