The Chinese government is clamping down on this year’s Shanghai-based event, with fashion bloggers having trouble getting visas, TV producers needing permission to shoot out in the open and controversial figures like Perry and Hadid forbidden from entering the country. The fashion show is still scheduled to air on CBS on Nov. 28.
