CBS hands out three series orders: Queen Latifah's The Equalizer, The Silence of the Lambs sequel Clarice and Chuck Lorre's B Positive

The "reimagining" of the 1980s crime drama The Equalizer and Clarice were picked up despite being unable to film their pilots due to the coronavirus shutdown. Latifah stars as “an enigmatic figure who uses her extensive skills to help those with nowhere else to turn.” Clarice stars Rebecca Breeds in the Clarice Starling role that Jodie Foster won an Oscar for in 1992. Chuck Lorre's B Positive stars Thomas Middleditch and Annaleigh Ashford in a comedy about a kidney donor.
