The president's Saturday-morning tweetstorm included calling U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, who represents Baltimore, a "brutal bully" and describing his district as“a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess.” On CNN Newsroom With Victor Blackwell and Christi Paul, Baltimore native Blackwell choked up as he slammed the president's comments. “Infested. That’s usually reserved for references to rodents and insects, but we’ve seen the president invoke infestation to criticize lawmakers before," said Blackwell.
