Carlos Watson's Ozy Media shuts down after a week of news questioning its legitimacy

The former MSNBC anchor and CNN contributor's Ozy Media had been accused, in a series of reports, of not being all that it was cracked up to be through a series of lies and misconduct. On Thursday, The New York Times reported that Ozy Media misled celebrities thinking they were appearing on The Carlos Watson Show on A&E when the cable network had nothing to do with the show.
