Casey Affleck is teaming with fellow Oscar winner Alfonso Cuarón on a horror drama series

Affleck is the latest Oscar winner to work in television (even after the debacle of HBO’s Lewis and Clark miniseries). The actor is teaming with Oscar-winning director Cuarón on a horror project that is still in the early development stages. According to Deadline, they're pitching "a horror genre series that tracks the origins of a cult. Cuarón is writing, directing and executive producing; Affleck is starring and executive producing. Anonymous Content, which signed Cuarón earlier this year, is producing.”
