Chicago's Second City acquired by a New York private equity firm

The iconic comedy club and school whose alums include Tina Fey, Gilda Radner, Bill Murray, Chris Farley, Stephen Colbert and Steve Carell has been purchased by private equity investor Strauss Zelnick's New York City firm. The deal is reportedly worth $50 million.
