The late-night host is scheduled to go on trial over a copyright lawsuit filed by Alex Kaseberg claiming that Conan writers stole his jokes. But Conan's team doesn't want the case to be completely open to the public. "Public dissemination of this financial information would cause considerable harm to the Corporate Defendants’ competitive standing by allowing their competitors to access sensitive, nonpublic information regarding revenues, costs, profitability, and advertisers," Conan's attorney Patty Glaser wrote in a court motion.
