Conan O'Brien joke theft lawsuit settled before trial

TBS and Conan's production company, Conaco, have settled a 2015 copyright lawsuit from Alex Kaseberg alleging that the Conan writing staff lifted his jokes from the internet. Terms of the settlement will remain confidential.
