Courtney B. Vance is set to return to FX in Heist 88 crime drama

The Emmy-winning actor is producing and starring in the potential crime heist drama set in 1988 that's in development. The project reunites Vance with Anthony Hemingway, the director of five episodes of The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story. Based on a true story, Heist 88 has Vance playing a criminal mastermind who gets four African-American employees of the First National Bank in Chicago to steal $70 million via a sophisticated wire banking system.
