In May, the former Late Show host donated "a big wad of cash" to Jeannie Lee Lake, who is Greg Pence's Democratic opponent in the Sixth District Congressional race in Indiana. Last Thursday, Letterman visited Lake's Muncie home to speak to guests and help her raise about $250,000.
