Disney Channel announces animated Descendants: The Royal Wedding, the first Descendants installment without late star Cameron Boyce

Airing this summer, the animated Descendants: The Royal Wedding special will acknowledge the absence of Boyce's character, Carlos. Boyce, who died of epilepsy in July 2019, will also be honored.
