Disney+'s Star Wars Cassian Andor series taps Tony Gilroy as new showrunner, adds Rogue One's Genevieve O’Reilly

O’Reilly will reprise her Mon Mothma role from Rogue One and Star Wars Rebels. She's joining the Rogue One prequel series along with fellow Irish actress Denise Gough. Gilroy, who co-wrote Rogue One and was already tapped to write the pilot for the Cassian Andor series, will take over showrunning duties from Stephen Schiff.
