Don Lemon "categorically denies" bartender's assault allegation

Bartender Dustin Hice has filed a lawsuit against the CNN anchor over an alleged "demeaning, unprovoked and offensive assault" in a New York City bar last year. CNN responded to the allegation, saying: "Don categorically denies these claims. The plaintiff in this lawsuit has previously displayed a pattern of contempt for CNN on his social media accounts. This claim follows his unsuccessful threats and demands for an exorbitant amount of money from Don Lemon."
