Phil McGraw thanked the "O factor" -- Oprah Winfrey -- at today's ceremony, whose attendees included Tyler Perry and Kathy Bates. "There would be no Dr. Phil without Oprah," he said. Dr. Phil concluded his ceremony with some advice for the crowd, saying: "Don’t miss the journey. Star in your own life and drink it in. I am taking my own advice and I am drinking it in."
