John Billings has been making Grammys for 41 of the Grammy Awards’ 60 years. Along with three employees, Billings takes 15 hours to make each Grammy — using a secret zinc alloy ingredient he dubs “grammium.” Each year, Billings produces 350 Grammys and 220 Latin Grammys.
