Elaine Benes' Seinfeld home hits the market for $8.65 million

The Chelsea townhouse's exterior was used to portray the home of Julia Louis-Dreyfus' fictional character. The current homeowners say most of the exterior shooting had been completeted when they bought the house in 1995. But the Seinfeld crew came back in 1998 to film the series finale.
