Empire boss Ilene Chaiken is planning an FBI drama and a medical drama on Fox

Chaiken, who also created The L Word, is working on Triage, a medical drama that would use a This Is Us-type timeline twist. She is also developing Mrs. Otis Regrets, about a female agent who loses her FBI status.
