In several instances the fallen Hollywood mogul's terrible reputation made it to the small screen. Weinstein wasn’t happy with Entourage’s “Harvey Weingard” character, a verbally abusive power player who appeared in Season 2. Kevin Connolly told The Hollywood Reporter that Weinstein gave him an earful about the character, saying, “Tell them if they ever mention my name again, they’re dead.” On 30 Rock, Jenna Maroney said in a 2012 episode, “Oh, please, I’m not afraid of anyone in show business. I turned down intercourse with Harvey Weinstein on no less than three occasions. Out of five.” And in 2013, Seth MacFarlane cracked a Weinstein joke while announcing the Oscar nominees with Emma Stone. “Congratulations, you five ladies no longer have to pretend to be attracted to Harvey Weinstein,” he said of the five nominees for best supporting actress.
