Each candidate will be granted two minutes to speak uninterrupted during each of the six topics during Thursday's debate, the Commission on Presidential Debates announced today. While Joe Biden is speaking, President Trump's mic will but cut off and vice versa. After each side is granted two minutes, they'll be free to converse without their mics being cut off for the remainder of each segment. Moderator Kristen Welker won't have control over the mics cutting off.
