Fox reiterates its support for Jussie Smollett, says he's not being written out of Empire

“Jussie Smollett continues to be a consummate professional on set and as we have previously stated, he is not being written out of the show,” 20th Century Fox Television and Fox Entertainment said in a statement released this morning. ALSO: Smollett pleaded no contest to lying to cops during a 2007 DUI arrest.
