Fox saving Kim Cattrall's Filthy Rich and John Slattery's NeXt for fall so it'll have enough fresh content

Filthy Rich and NeXt were picked up to series one year ago and were set to premiere this spring. But since Fox didn't announce premiere dates when the coronavirus shutdown happened, the network has opted to save them so it will have enough content for its fall schedule. In fact, NeXt was the first show to experience a crew member testing positive for coronavirus. Instead of airing Filthy Rich and NeXt this spring, the Fox reality division found two new series to fill their timeslots: The Masked Singer: After the Mask and Celebrity Watch Party.
