George R.R. Martin makes the cover Esquire's China edition

The Game of Thrones honcho says there's "lots of text I cannot read. Those of you who can read Chinese... enjoy." According to Time magazine, Martin tells Esquire China he'll continue to write about Lady Stonehart, even though she wasn't used on the HBO series.
