Golden State Killer investigator signs an overall deal with Oxygen

Paul Holes, who was instrumental in the arrest earlier this year of suspected Golden State Killer Joseph James DeAngelo, will develop programming for the true-crime cable network. "Paul embodies what Oxygen is all about," says Oxygen's Rod Aissa.
