Green Acres is finally set to become a Broadway musical

CBS' classic 1960s sitcom about a New York City couple who move to the country is the latest hit TV show to get the musical treatment, after years of planning. Green Acres The Musical has been in the works since 2012. “Green Acres The Musical is a fast-paced, contemporary story that features the best in comedy, music and dance," says the official synopsis, adding that Green Acres is "what happens when two people in love find themselves wanting opposite lives sends us on a journey that is both hilarious and filled with heart.”
