HBO exec says "we're going big" with Game of Thrones spinoffs, hints at many deaths in final season

HBO's head of drama Francesca Orsi hinted that there will be multiple deaths. "None of the cast had received the scripts prior, and one by one they started falling down to their deaths," she says of sitting in on the final season read-through. Meanwhile, Orsi said of the spinoffs that "we're going big," adding: “It feels like corporate malfeasance to not continue it. That’s why it spawned three, four, five spinoffs."
