HBO renews A Black Lady Sketch Show for Season 2

The Robin Thede-created variety show that she stars on with Gabrielle Dennis, Ashley Nicole Black and Quinta Brunson will return for a second season following its six-episode Season 1 run. “It’s been thrilling to see the audience embrace the characters that Robin, Ashley, Gabrielle and Quinta have brought to life,” said Amy Gravitt, HBO's executive vice president of programming.
