History announces a 100-episode documentary series, plus an Evel Knievel stunt special

Werner Herzog will be among the filmmakers making History 100 documentaries, which will chronicle major events and notable figures from the past 100 years. History also announced a three-hour special in July where modern-day daredevil Travis Pastrana tries to re-create Knievel’s famous motorcycle stunts in Las Vegas.
