How I Met Your Father will launch on Hulu in January with two episodes

The stars of How I Met Your Mother spinoff announced the Jan. 18 premiere date in a Barney Stinson-inspired Date Announcement trailer. How I Met Your Father will debut with two episodes, with the remaining eight episodes released weekly.
