McKean says he doesn't know if Better Call Saul influenced his latest comedic role. "If Better Call Saul hadn’t happened, they might’ve thought of me anyway," he tells Vulture. "Just because I’ve got comedy chops and I’ve been doing it a long time. And I’m not a complete disaster to work with, generally. (Laughs.) I say generally."
